Help with making my 1850 into a 1250

Ok so here's the deal, I've got this 1850 list and i wanna know how to go about when sizing it down.

6x5 warriors. 1blaster, 1 sybarite/HG
dual cannon venoms

2xdual DL razorwings
280pt

5 scourge 4HWB
120pt

3xtriple DL ravagers

It's a tough call.

Perhaps cutting back one ravager, one razorwing, two venom squads, the leech pistol and a syrabite here and there would get you close to your goal.

EDIT - if you cut exactly these 4 units, the pistol and every syrabite, you'd be at your goal.

If there's less emphasis on vehicles in your area, you could consider having dissies on the remaining razorwing and possibly on one of the ravagers, saving you a little extra.

I think at 1250 points, relying on scourges, the kabalite blasters and a single ravager supplemented by grots is enough. This isn't the case if your enemy spams tonnes of tanks though.

yeah at 1250 there will prolly be less AV so it makes sense to drop the sybarites.

i think im comfortable with this list, i had been working out the grots but more often than not the come in handy vs alot of stuff that our shooting cant handle with easily
two razorwings are also a bit too much in 1250, almost 300pts that might not do anything until turn 4

If you do find them under performing, you can always drop one razorwing in favour of another ravager or squad of warriors. You'd have a little extra to spend, so could invest in Armour of Misery on the succubus, or some night shields for your ravagers.
