I need help developing lists with the models I have (500, 1000, 1250, 1500, and 1850)

I am new to Warhammer 40k and I have only played about 4 matches.  Granted I have won 2 and lost 2.   I have been successful against infantry heavy lists in both of my wins.  As for my losses, I have been tabled twice.  Once against an all armor list of IG and once against a guys refined Spacewolves drop pod list (against all my models with all the upgrades to get to 1850 so I can test out everything I have).  I need help developing lists.  As of right now, I have just been playing around on battlescribe to put together lists but I want to have efficient and at least semi-competitive lists for 500, 1000, 1250, 1500, and 1850).  Also, any tactical advice would be appreciated as well as what direction I should go when buying more DE models.

The models I have are as follows

1 Archon

5 Incubi

10 Wracks

51 Kalbites oop (2 Dark Lances, 5 Splinter Cannons)

3 Venoms

5 Scourges

5 Hellions

3 Raiders

2 Ravagers

1 Razorwing Jet

I am planning on buying the Start Collecting box when it comes out this month which would add:

1 Archon

10 Kalbites (which I plan on turning into Blasterborn)

1 Raider

3 Reavers

I probably wouldn't buy the start collecting box. You already have 50 warriors, which is more than enough. I'd probably get another ravager and some reavers instead. Then magnetize the ravager so that you can use it as a raider if you want to later.

The idea that I had with the box is to use the Kalbites in the SC box as trueborn since all my warriors are oop models. My hesitation is that I am considering leaning towards Venoms rather that Raider gun boats. Also, what tactics work best for Reavers? I have never used them.

Reavers are sort of like shock cavalry. They have hit & run and skilled rider, so they can jink for a 3+ cover save vs shooting, charge into combat to use their rending cluster caltrops and bladevanes, then hit & run out in the opponent's turn to do it over again.
