| Actually I didn't just get back from raiding, I am quite literally brand new to the 40k world, I just wanted a catchy title to draw you in.
I am Huskblade, I recently decided to give 40k a try and after a fair amount of consideration decided to challenge myself with an unforgiving army, one that would reward me for tactical prowess and lucky dice rolls and punish me severely for a lack of either. I played Warhammer Fantasy for years (Bretonnia, Tomb Kings, Dark Elves) and never set foot in this dark science fiction setting untill like a poacher takes a club to a baby seal GW beat the life out of my hopes and dreams with Age of Sigmar. So, here I am, a Stranger in a strange land looking to find the fulfillment I once found on the dark shores of Naggarond in the sprawling spires of Commorragh. I hope to learn and grow in this new hobby and look forward to meeting each and every one of you (virtually at least) and becoming an active member of The Dark City. Thank you for the vast database that is this forum, I have no doubt that I'll find everything I need to be the best Archon I can be in these hallowed halls.
Eternally,

| Welcome to the dark city the only place where you're really free. Just like the Nightside of London, if you've ever set foot here you don't want to get out again.
Dark Eldar are a great army but really difficult to play so of course there are some people that will tell you how much our army sucks and show you by comparing it to only the best units in game (and Craftworld Eldar). We aren't top tier but if you consider the Haemonculus coven supplement too, you'll find we are good and fun to play.
And the models are awesome. | |
