1850p for a tournament coming up...

What happened with the CTC? When you say "scout move on" do you mean outflank?

CTC died in both games (altough, was the firemagnet of the century ...) and i meant "not going to Scout move anymore". After deployment, i Scouted 6". That means, i can´t charge on my first turn. Lesson learned, cos a drop pod dropped right beside the unit --> 2 rounds of free firing, cos i only killed one bike unit with my poison, cos all my Venom´s wiffed like a mofos...so on all of the training games, the best result has been (with CTC) deploy in the middle area of your DZ and in ruins if possible. Most choices, where to go and what to shoot & charge (if drop podded).

I came in third! I was VERY happy with that result. I won the SM (14-6), Orks (11-9) and the Raven Guard (20-0). Lost to the CSM (11-9) and to the tournament king (no surprise, with the hardcore list...) Tau (20-0). I would have won the Orks by a land slide, BUT, we played a practice game on Friday, and he learned about the CTC and avoided them with all but the Stompa...That´s my mistake, never show your "hand" before game, lesson learned!

There were supposed to be 12 (3 rounds of battle on Saturday, 2 on Sunday), but some (douchebags...) cancelled like on Friday...so thank the dicegodz, we got that 10, to get that 5 rounds through...

What worked :

- CTC
- Dark Artisan

What was kind of "meh"

- Venoms

What sucked

- Scourges. Actually costed the first game for me to lose, cos opponent got 1 Fast Attack kill from them and won the Scouring...in the Ork game they shined, killed two trucks and held a boyz -squad in CC for few rounds, but mostly useless...

How would i change the list ATM?

- Lose the Scourges and one Venom/Warriors. They gave too much KP´s and weren´t as important, as i hoped them to be. Maybe get a Razorwing to replace them, gives out an AA option and some nice missiles to go and only one KP for the enemy instead of three...

Well, now i´m going to play some fun & fluff -lists for a while and not think about tournament lists
