The latter painted up in kabalite colours so it feels like a super fast DE army

Maybe some Reavers to make a bike heavy list

So what happens if you run into something with AV 13+?

Avoid it But should be able to wipe out infantry and light vehicle resistance and control objectives easily.

I'd try to run a CAD instead of RSR for the obsec. With the models you have listed, the list wouldn't even need to change.
