Help with list building and tatica!

I´m lurking around here a time!

And I am in a dire need of help, I´m playing DE near two years now, and don´t had any major victory until now, I would like to have some advice in list building and some tatica if you may!

right now I have

1 archon
1 lelith

20 warriors
20 wyches
2 raiders
1 talos/chronos engine
9 reavers
5 scourges
3 venons

As a old marine player I am having a lot of dificult dealing with the lack of resilence of our troops and the constant need for cover!

what should I do?

Well, group the reavers together for one big group, they probably will do well.
The talos can be difficult to get in combat without a webway portal.
The 20 warriors and wyches could be spread in veery many ways, but since you have a lot of transports, try spreading them evenly in all? Maybe the two raiders could have 9 wyches and Lelith, and the other one 9 warriors and the archon? Also, what upgrades the archon has is very important.
Other than that, you maybe need more Dark Lances. A ravager, perhaps?

I was thinking to put in a 1500 pts list:

troops

2 x 10 warriors with splinter cannon in a raider with night shields and splinter rack
3 x 5 wyches with haywire grenades in venons with 2 splinter cannons

fast
6 reavers with 2 heat lances
3 reavers with 1 heat lance
5 scourges with 2x haywire blaster

the rest (hq or hvy support) I don´t know what to put in, any ideas?

i don't think small squad of reavers would work, probably drop it and add some upgrades (like CC);

HS: Old good Ravager would work fine

And do you really need so many wyches? Have you tried to convert Blaster- or Splintercannons/shardcarbine armed Trueborn?

I usually use the revers to bladevane and use that wargear (D6 S6 attacks)!
the wyches may be used to take some objectives in 5th turn, I think!

3 x 5 trueborn with splintercannons and shardcarbine on venon with 2 splintercannons
2 x 10 witches on raider with nightshield and enhanced aether sail(one of then with lilith!

9 reavers jetbikes with heat lance and arena champion
2 ravager with DLances

I would definitely advocate putting the Haywire blasters on your Scourges, they almost always strip 2 hull points from whatever you shoot at, 36" threat range too. I wouldn't put the archon in with warriors, they are rubbish in combat and you can't have splintercannon with only 9. You also can't assault straight out of a webway portal, so maybe consider running your engine as a cronos? It can give out pain tokens to your wyches and warriors as well as having a lovely AP3 template shot. With both upgrades it comes in at 110pts, same as a liquifier/ haywire talos. For now I would pick one or the other of Lelith/Archon. Probably don't need both at the points level you're playing. I would probably put 2x5 warriors with a blaster in each Venom, with 2 splintercannons 10 warriors with splintercannon in one raider and 9 wyches with Lelith in the other. If you don't feel you need the troops then by all means use this unit as bloodbrides. Your other venom could be used as a Haywire wych suicide squad delivery system, or for something else.

right now I´m trying to use what I have in my hands, importing GW to Brazil, takes time and taxes (usually one month or long and at least 60% in tax)!

so right now there´s no way to field a ravager, I was planning to use venon wyches and the scourges as anti tank.

I´m still figuring out what to use as HQ, maybe get later a hexrifle haemunculus, or put a blaster archon somewhere.

Well, for now I would recommend having as 'killy' an HQ as possible. That could be Lelith or a tooled up Archon, whichever you like best. Also don't forget, if you face flyers then maybe consider an aegis defense line with Quad Gun, you could maybe build one if you know the right dimensions for it? Lelith is BS9 so she will definitely hit whatever she shoots at!
