Looks fine, except that I don't like taking blasters on my warrior squads, because I think it's inneficient and overpriced. And a Succubus with an archite glaive is generally a better close combat HQ than an archon to go with grotesques.

With the points you save from switching the archon to a succubus and dropping the blasters, you could probably get a unit of reavers with cluster caltrops or something.

What about something like Urien? Do you think the succubus would be a better choice for the grots over him?

I know the Archon isn't great, which is sad

Yeah, Succubus is pretty optimal, because she fills the only niche that grots themselves struggle against with her AP2 glaive. She's the only generic character in the codex that can get an AP2 melee weapon.
