the Clawed Fiends certainly are an interesting take. I own four of them myself and love using them but I havent seen them used like this. I have seen Spawn do a very similar thing where they are basically just there to take objectives, and my Crisis Teams with no weapons do the same thing for 23 points. So that is an interesting thing to do.

7 venoms is a lot o shots. Thats the "normal" part of the list. My only exhortation to you would be to add Aethersails tothose Grotesque Raiders which allows them to start farther back and out of range of more stuff when not going first. Its key gear thats worth taking.

I think the plan was to maximize MSU, so that would mean 5 squads of 3 mandrakes, not 3 squads of 5.

This has been probably the most flexible and devastating pure de lists I have used. I lost to top teir tau because of their retaliation cadre but I completely ate alive a competitive gene stealer cult list, space wolves, gladius, and blood angels/sky hammer
Combo lists. It was quite glorious to see people struggle to keep up with the msu, the fire power, the infiltration, and the speed.

So I continue to play it and have been enjoying this play style (I play competitively with my flgs a lot)

This does look like a fairly brutal MSU list. 6 venoms, 2 raiders, 3 ravagers, then 3x mandrakes, clawed fiends and two haywire scourges. 19 different units on the board (assuming everything goes in its transport).

I like it, but just wouldn't want to paint that many venoms

The spider keeps making me want to get taloi for that corpse thief lol but I like my style too

Venoms take no time to paint.

If only it wouldn't get obliterated by tau I just want to win one tournament before I die lol
