1000 Pt Army List

I am just getting into the Dark Eldar and haven't played with them much. My current meta is pretty much various SM chapters and Chaos. Every once in a while an Eldar player will show up. We aren't super competitive and mostly play for the fun of it.

I have been reading over a lot of peoples posts and I have come up with this list based on a lot of the advice I have seen. Let me know what you think!

Dark Eldar 1000 Pt Army

Formation: Dark Artisan - 335 pts
Haem - Hex Rifle, Warlord
Cronos - Spirit Vortex
Talos - Ichor Injector

Combined Arms Det:
HQ - 80 pts
Haem - Flesh Gauntlet

Troops - 210 pts
Kabalite w/ Venom and Cannon

Kabalite w/ Venom and Cannon

Elite - 135 pts
Incubi x2, Klaivex x1 w/ Venom and Cannon

Fast Attack - 240 pts
Scourges - Heat Lance x 4

Scourges - Haywire Blaster x 4


My plan is to rush the Artisan group up the middle. I hope my opponent will get scared and focus it. While they are busy focusing the giant blob, I will be able to pick apart most infantry with sheer number of dice rolls via the Venoms. The scourges will be on anti-vehicle duty with the Incubi and the Haem to fill in my melee needs.

Looks good. BUT if I were to make a minor change or two, it would be to remove the Hex Rifle from your warlord (since its not an assault weapon as I recall), and change out the klaivex for a regular Incubi (since the extra body is helpful getting through overwatch).

Thats my $0.02 anyway.

I have never run Incubi before, I just got them, but I thought the Rampage might be helpful. Also, the Hexrifle is Assault and I put it on the Haem just to make him a juicer target. For some reason the Instant Death rule scares a lot of people in my meta.
