Cut the Sybarites and haywire grenades. These squads should never be close enough to use them. Take blasters or heat lances on the reavers instead. I understand you've been generally told to always be jinking, but in your case 7 snapshooting blasters are a significantly better investment then 5 functionally 15pt grenades that are stuck to units that should be 30" away from infantry targets instead. At that point I'd either scrounge 10 more points to make one of the CC reavers an arena champion and warlord OR not take any characters and make one the Talos your warlord.

Lawrence ran a similar list and said he enjoyed the flexibility. So it's possible. I personally won't ever bother with the haywire on rapid fire squads. But again, it's plausible

Lawrence also puts blasters on all his reavers squads. This list can't afford to do both.
