Returning player / new convert

Been playing since 2nd Ed. Fanatic Chaos player. Took time off from 4th ed to now. Decided to give the pointy eared kin a shot, but the chaos in me wanted spikes and blades so here I am. Don't mistake my years for experience, I am the eternal newbie.

Welcome and don't worry about the lack of experience. With the information on this site, you will be putting those spikes to good use in no time.

I have definitely found the Splintermind podcast fun and helpful. For tactics I recommend Mushkilla, Betray the World, and Skaredcast. Definitely Skaredcast. I've seen that guy pull victories out of a hat against seemingly impossible odds (like bringing an all-Haywire Scourge unit against an all-wounds Wolf-star list in an under 2000 point game and still winning). Skaredcast has a great youtube channel.

There are def some really good tactics and army list articles on here for those just starting out and wanting to learn about all the nuances playing the dark kin. We also have a good painting and modelling section, and our project log area also has some great armies being built, and people are always willing to give good feedback and advice if asked, and lots of praise and encouragement too Smile
