WIP Nagash Wraithknight as Harlequins

EDIT: I went with the Marionette style build with 2 Harlequins holding 2 Wraithcannons as the puppets.

See down below for some WIP Pics, i'll post more as i get more done, i'm hoping to have it full finished within a week or so.



2 D guns on a Nagash Wraithknight, that is Poker Cards/Dice themed.
But The Sword would fit better, tho the 2 D cannons are SO MUCH more damage, BUT if Nagash is better as Sword I would do that, If the 2 D cannon ideas are not as good I also will do Sword

Some Ideas I already am going to do is, green stuff a suit on his torso, the ghost energy will have Dice and Cards instead of skulls and books and LOTS of gliter style look


Gun Ideas:
1) Should I have the 2 guns coming out of Cards or Portals that are floating around him?
2) The Guns come out of his hands?
1-2) options would both be 1/2 long barrels
3) Deck of cards box (fit to his size) on his back with the guns coming out of that
4) Have 2 Harlequins WITH Nagash but they are marionette's holding the guns and the Nagash has them on strings
5) The Guns are the marionettes like in #4 but without the Harlequins
6) The Guns are just floating there
7) He is holding the guns normal

LOL, Yeah Its one of the ideas I was leaning too.

I have ALOT of extra Harlequins so its not a problem, but Should I use D guns from Wraithguard? Or star cannons with something like a EML base?

Hmmm, all of those options would seem a little large for a Harlequin to be carrying. That's one of the issues with CWE heavy weapons, none of them are really man-portable.

Unless you have a Wraithguard as one of the marionettes? Or perhaps somehow make it so two Harlies are carrying the one gun?

I suppose the ideal scenario would be to make something that looks like a miniaturised D-Cannon...

I was thinking Wraithcannons, Ive been looking all day for a good head, I dont like the Nagash head :/

Hmmm, so you need something Eldar/Harlequin-like?

Are there any big Harlequin masks from vehicles you might be able to stick over Nagash's face? Might be the right size if you're lucky

Yeah no worries it's more to try and expose your post to the right crowd for modelling-related things. We felt that the denizens of the allies area tend to be more tactics-oriented...

Here is an Update with WIP Pics!

Im trying to get a Wraithlord Head and Im going to make a Large Phantom Grenade Launcher for the back.

I have 2 Harlequins without Arms ready to go, Im getting 2 Wraithcannons from a friend.

The ghostly gastly stuff will be confetti with Dice and playing cards in it.
The base will just be a Green to match my display board (its a poker table).

Can I make a suggestion regarding the head?
If you want a slightly more Dark Eldary looking head, but were considering the Wraithlord, look at the OLD (previous to current version) metal Zoanathrope. The carapce on the head was an entirely seperate part, and is much spikier than Eldar variants. It fits with Dark Eldar much better.

i cant find a head, im thinking of ordering a full model just for a head at this point

WHat is it you want for a head?

I wanted it to look like an Evil Elf. Like the Troupe Masters head.
