Sorry for the delay! I concur with the discussion that has gone on here and am going to add one more thing: If the arrival mechanic for the seer council is a wwp then the shadowfield on an the archon is a steal even at 40pts. It opens up an entirely different playstyle if you stumble into fortune and even if you don't a 2++ is nothing to shake a stick at. Since you're already harnessing on 3's I recommend it above and before the stone of anath'lan or any other things that help you 'win more'. Were I building your list based on Betray and Jimsolo's comments I'd be taking this over the shard of anaris and opting for the laser lance build on the autarch.

I'd probably still suggest taking the 2 units of fire dragons, and just go with the alternate laser lance setup on the autarch, but use the points to give your fire dragons autarchs with dragon's breath flamers. It makes them more flexible, giving them more anti-infantry punch while maintaining their anti-vehicle bite.

Also, I generally disagree on the shadowfield. It's just too expensive, in my opinion, particularly since many tournaments have limited 2+ rerollable saves to make you roll a 4+ on the reroll. This means a 3+ rerollable is almost as good as a 2+ rerollable, and a 3+ rerollable is achievable in a seer council with fortune + sanctuary, and doesn't cost you any points at all.

before you go sacrificing the Archon, just remember he brings the plasma grenades if you need to assault through cover.

Well, not to engage in thread necromancy or anything, but I feel this list needs some re-vamping given the recent FAQ (https://www.warhammer-community.com/2017/03/03/new-gathering-storm-ii-faq if ya haven't seen it). Bye-bye raiders full o' fire dragons! I barely knew ye Sad

Anyone have some suggestions regarding how I might recoup some cheap anti-tank? Scourges with haywire blasters, maybe?

Fire Dragons in Wave Serpents are still okay. A DE HQ will still give them Deep Strike with a WWP, and you can still disembark and barbeque 1-2 vehicles with them. The WS is no slouch, either.

Scourges with Heat Lances or Haywire Blasters aren't bad, either. (Fun fact: since I started playing Dark Eldar, I don't think I've ever typed 'Haywire' correctly the first time out--I always type 'Hawyire' and then have to correct it.

Expensive option, but if you take 3 Falcon skimmer tanks in a single squadron, they gain a rule that allows them to deep strike without scatter. Each one can carry a unit of whatever you want(Transport Capacity:6).

Since Squadron rules allow up to 4 inches between members of the squadron, this means you could space them out when you deep strike to cover an area of about 25 inches(estimating). Vehicles DO get a pass on the concentric circles deep strike thing, right? It'd be wierd drying to arrange skimmers in concentric circles, but I admit I haven't run a lot of squadrons.

Assuming they do, I could easily see that squadron plus 3 units of fire dragons being able to deep strike and take out 4 vehicles upon arrival WITHOUT considering soulburst shots. Add soulburst into the mix, and the threat area becomes more limiting than their ability to kill things.
