Pure Dark Eldar for local tournament

Hey guys, I'm attending a local tournament this next Saturday. I decided to go Dark Eldar instead of with my weird DE+Harlequin Ynnari list because the old captain of the Spanish ETC team will be attending most likely with a Lion Blades Strike Force, so if I plan on winning Ill probably have to beat him, and overwatch with full BS completely counters it.

Razorwing jetfighter is in for reserve manipulation only, as I will most likely consider going full or partial reserves at some point and want that sweet 2+ roll. Also since the last FAQ is kinda useful against Ynnari, since you have to resolve the whole blast before starting to soulburst, and it punishes the 7" bubbles pretty well.

I gave blasters to the jetbikes instead of heat lances for the extra range threat (30" compared to 21"). Not fully convinced though, I might swap it.

This list excels at dosifying fire to avoid soulbursts and baiting jinks on jetbike units thanks to their single shot darklight weapons, it should also work fine against Tau, Gladius, multiple harvests and any Deathstar that is not a Medusa Strikeforce thanks to mobility and OS. My worst pairings are probably IKs, Daemons and Tyranids, but the first ones are easily exploitable thanks to the last FAQ fire archs, the second ones are not common in the local meta afaik and Tyranids... well, I can always clench my butt real hard, hope for mysterious objectives that give me AA or snapfire like a madman, let OS do its job and hope for the best.

Reaver jetbikes are not equipped with Cluster Caldrops, can you elaborate how you ended with this approach? This is not 'the way' people usually propose them to be used.

Don't think the lance guns on the bikes will pan out if units are Jinking to stay alive. Like mention above, cluster caltrops is better alternative.

Time limits is a risk factor too. Things in reserves might not even get chance to come in.

You note the Razorwing is for reserve manipulation. Is that through flyer supplement? Wouldn't that be a separate detachment? And I thought it needed two flyers...

This question might not be in the right place but, what rule have I missed that the Razoring have to manipulate reserve rolls ?

And on the list, I must agree with the rest above about the Cluster Caltrops. Or what role do you want them to take on ? Since I assume you're gonna try to play them a bit like Scatter Bikes. But with the 18" range and then the 2d6 you're most likley not gonna clear your enemiesweaponds and get murderd by bolter-equivalent. But please, do tell! It'd be nice to hear about the idea you've been brewing on.

Bikers do have caltrops. Sorry I didnt point it out, on my head its the default option lol.

In regardsof the reserve manipulation no, you dont need to field them in a particular detachment in orden to have the air superiority rule, you only have to have one or more flyers in reserve and your opponent none.

I'll have to look at book to be certain, but if I remember correctly the Detachment Benefit "Air Commander" (from the special detachment of flyers) gives the +/- on reserves. Not Air Superiority itself.

Maybe it is just a larger bonus? There is definitely a detachment bonus.

3x Sybarite(WL) is that a typo?

Yes, the detachment enhances the effects of the already existing air superiority rule. Is a "bigger" bonus, but not really, as reserve rolls cannot be automatic, so what it really does is give you and the enemy a 5+ reserve roll, as you get the 2+ without needing the detachment.
