That's a solid list with a ton of shooting. I like the obsidian rose obsession choice. A couple tweaks to consider, that raider in the strife battalion doesn't really benefit being there, would be better as obsidian rose. I personally think shardnets are huge and would try to get one on that last wych squad, maybe dropping the agonizers or something. Lastly this is more personal preference but with the knight meta there's a lot of t8 out there right now. I'd look at changing the voidravens scythes to void lances. It'll help against knights and russes and baneblades.
