The models look awesome! and i like that they are now doing there own objective markers. Just upsets me that i have to buy 4 out of 5 of the freaking codexes lol

I need only both parts of xenos index and it`s still piss me off.
I bet they cost like old codex (more probably)

Someone called these exact release dates on this forum. I forget who, but hats off regardless.

As for the Indexes, looks like I'll be buying the core rules and Xenos 1!

I was totally expecting my Necrons to be in the same books as Orks and Tau, so happy happy days for me.

Also: Those two books for the Imperium look like they'll be really crammed for space. Hopefully leaving less pages for them to fit free Transports!

A thematic thought has just occurred to me:

We have Xenos 1; the Eladrith and the Necrontyr. The two species who's primes outshone even the Emperor's *cough*corpse-on-a-chair*cough* greatest efforts. Then we have Xenos 2; the new kids on the block, Orks being a goofed weapon of the Eladrith, Tau being the youngest race around and Nids being the invading aliens to all.

Imperium is the Imperium and Chaos is Chaos... Can't really think of anything defining about that other than SHOULDER PADS!

[added to the OP, as well] - Forge World has also posted about the release of updates for their models. They will have all Chaos and Adeptus Astartes forces ready for the release date, with all other races and units available by the end of June.

As of the release tomorrow with the new faction (Or whatever they want to call it now adays) is gonna be Legion of the Damned ? Otherwise it feel a bit off to put them next to Gks and SW on the front page.

Sister also shinewith their absent, unelss they're shoved in with Imperial Agents.

Helps to have insider knowledge sometimes it seems - my contact was spot on.

My sources also say expect these books to be CHEAPER than current codex. I was told I could buy all 5 of the codex books for between $250-$300Aus - so I am expecting 20-30 pounds or 35-45$US

I guess I should go through my favorites folder of like 300 pages and delete anything that is related to 7th now :/

Core Rules + Xenos I + Imperial I for Agents + Imperial 2 for Deathwatch and Legion + Forgeworld Imperial for random extras.

Ugh.

Technically I need 3 of the 5 army books but others in my group will need them too so I suspect we'll just buy one of each between us and wait for the proper codexes to come out.

As one of the few people that sticks teue to not soiling my model collection with mon-keigh (to play with, at least) it wont be too costly for me.

But what is that on the front of the Chaos Index? Questor Traitoris? I cant read it too well and cant sit down to have a proper read of the article until later

It will probably be around £95 that seems to be the cost of most of the new boxes.

Traitor Knights? I kind of hoped for Traitor guard but that's fine too.

I hope my chaos dudes get Legion rules but I guess I won't be playing them or buying anything for them anyway. True kin first and I'll have to wait if Chaos is getting Primaris Marines too.
