Swap 3rd Wych unit (and some etc) for:

One of my favorite units, like a hidden archon. Ive played this list at 1750 (without 3rd haemonculus basically) with great results, usually entirely from reserve. This is the backup to the incubi/archon and the real tip of the spear due to assault blasters/haywire grenades....

Similar to 2nd, but drop 3rd Haemonculus also, instead of one super-cool trueborn squad, more spammy:

My only real suggestion is to lose the PGL's on the wych squads as they only assist you when getting charged and if this happens you've made an error use the points to add Torment Grenade launchers and shock prows to some of your raiders as this will assist with the crucible and late game objective grabbing.

Hmmm had some thoughts about shock prows and flickerfields off to write some thoughts in tactics.

I like your first list the most, the only change I would consider (And I don't have my codex handy to check the numbers so please bear with me) - Change one unit of Wyches to a unit of Warriors with a Splinter Cannon and a Sybarite. This will add some firepower and with the attached Haemonculus will still be strong in Close Combat if needed.

I have used Shock Prows and Torment launchers in the past and havent seen much use out of them. Same with Phantasms on the wyches. Seems like those points should be flickerfields on the ravagers....

I have used a Razorwing in over 20 games and love it to death.

5 wracks seem a bit flimsy…

I'd drop 2 wyches (1 from two seperate squads) use the points to buy flickerfields for both Ravagers and any 5pt upgrade anywhere you want.
