Harlequins can Charge turn one anyways without that power, but that power does help.
I've been able to turn 1 charge (if i wanted) all 9 of my Harlequins 8th ed games so far.
Last game I have to hide my Solitaire in the back (he had a stormraven) I was able to move 12, run 6, and i did cast movement and advance 6" again and then charged 6" for a total of 42"
if only Blitz worked with Twilight pathways that would be easily 60" movementsWhat i'm getting at is, you can get out turn 1, Move+advance, cast power, move+advance again and easily charge. 14" movement x2 is 28" with average of 7" charge thats a 35" total movement.
My problem with the power is, i always out run the Shadowseer
so i dont really use it most the times.
