| Hello denizens of Commorragh, I'm having a hard time choosing models for Clawed fiends for My Beast-master themed army. So far I have drafted these options: 1. the original GW Clawed fiend (I'll go Chinese as there far too $$ from GW) 2. Drakespawn Coldones (I think there a bit small but I like the models) 3. Crypt Horrors (with head conversion) I'm trying to stay within the GW range but if the price and modal is right then I consider other ranges. I would really appreciate any ideas | |

| I use converted crypt horror as a grotesque so that is no option for me. The reptiles are cool but definitely too small. Your opponent will be complaining that he can't shoot it properly. Maybe if you put a Kabalite rider on top? | |

| I have an old Rogue Trader era Ambull that I'm considering using. | |

| I only have the one Clawed Fiend , and I used a Cold One with some bits and pieces from Eldar and Dark Eldar kits to give it an armoured backplate. It raises the size of the beast a bit and looks quite nice. | |

Yeah, I've got 2 of them and have proxied them for Clawed Fiends a couple of times.

| How did you guys go with removing the riding harness from the cold ones?
I have a few but it seems like a massive hassle

| I think the gryph chargers from the Stormcast Vanguard Palladors would look cool if you could get rid of their saddles with some cutting and green stuff. | |

| Why get rid of the saddles?
Why not put some Kabalite warriors on top?

| Not kabalyte warriors, but hellions/wyches. You want them in the gladiatoral fights. | |
