I was wondering, now that Wracks are troops choice, has anyone tried any interesting and effective pure Haemonculus Coven list?

I tried a couples of lists but I always find myself low on AT and general shooting without adding kabal elements... and I don't think coven units are much better than wych or kabal unit in close combat to compensate. I'll still test a coven list to see if their resilience can compensate.

Also, Talos have dual Haywire Blasters now. Haywire isn't what it used to be, but it's reliable against invul saves and Necron Quantum Shields. On top of that, they don't cost that much.

And veichles can be covens too, you can even add wrack crews to fot your fluff.
But strictly using wracks, grots and pain engines yeah your AT will leave much to be desired

1 mortal wound to a 10-12 wound model is bad... you need DL's to be effective AT.
In a Coven army, nothing says you cant have Raiders with DL's and a Ravager or 2, even Scourges are made from surgery, they fit in really nicely.

Hey Guys,
I have been using coven in 8th and have played 6 games so far, I have been recording my experiences and thoughts in videos on my channel, they are as follows:
TLDW; I started with a mixed coven list (Wracks, Haemy and Grots in Raiders with Talos and Cronos) using hex rifles and ossefactors, then decided I needed to use liquifier spam and in the last 3 games I have been having a blast using a Talos, Cronos and Haemy only lists using the Spearhead Detachments

Aww... Thanks very much!
Let me know how that goes, I've only faced a handful of armies so far and it's huge fun, but I'm sure that there's a hard counter out there so the more it's used the better

Fun to hear that you had some success with a liquifier spam, "super soaker" list. I am desperately looking for a reason to bring them.
