| Nope. For the Ynnari rules to be applied, you must have a "Ynnari" army. You must link your army with the Ynnari keyword, prohibiting you to use mandrakes. What you have curently is a "Aeldari" army. It is a legit army by itself, but you won't gain the benifits of the Ynnari. | |

Check the FAQ. they changed that paragraph. It is based on the Detachment not the army as a whole now. You can have A Ynnari detachment, A DE detachment, and a harlequin detachment all with their own rules in the same army. | |
