1000pt Patrol Tournament

I may be attending a tournament coming up soon, 1000pts Patrol Detachments only.

Need help coming up with the best way to spend 1000pts. I haven't had a chance to play much 8th edition, so could use some critique. This is what I am currently thinking.

Looks decent. You may want to consider swapping the Agonizers on the Sybarites to Phantasm grenade launchers. Between only running 5 and sitting in a Venom odds are you won't be in CC much or at all anyway. If it's a tournament, you're gonna see some low point-per-model spam, so the phantasm can pretty reliably take off a model or two per turn.

1st game against Grey Knights, and second game against Necrons went well.
Then I played against a Marine army with 3 twin assault cannon razorbacks, 2 quad autocannon dreads, a lieutenant, and capt shrike.

Got tabled hard, killed only 4 marines lol.
