I assume you have a Venom with your Archon and Court ?

Also, twin splinter cannon is a typo for RWJF. It's splinter cannon or twin splinter rifle.
If you took the Splinter cannon, by all means trade it and give a blaster to your Archon. Shooting a SR with an Archon is kinda sad.

@mppqlmd i acculy dont have a venom for them cuz the CoA special rule doesnt work in em, and theyll be flank guards for any deepstikers eyc

The problem is that foot-slogging medusae got a threat bubble of 17", which is pretty darn terrible. And it doesn't go at all with the rest of the army, that has a threat bubble between 40" and 52" (even more for the planes).
So either you will slow down your entire army down to avoid leaving them behind, or they will achieve nothing in the entire game because they are just too slow.

If you manage to put your Archon+Medusae in a transport, then sure, i don't see why the list wouldn't work.
Depending on the opponent, you might, or might not, be a little short on AT in the first turns, so you might have to rush in to make use of your blasters.
Appart from that, it seems neat.
