Check that out, I've found that on one of Polish sites:
TV commercials? DL content (screen savers and wallpapers)? Next movie?
That's A LOT of cash invested in ads. Exactly opposite to what we have now, I can't believe it may be true but looks interesting enough to post it.

Don't think it's a TV comercial as such..it says GW TV, sounds more like GW will have a TV in stores showing GW programs, sort of an official BoW on loop.

we had those in the UK way back Sir Tainly. must be pre-2000 as that's when i left GW. we had a couple of vids including a WFB commentary/interview with jervis. used to play on loop and do our heads in.....
wondering if it won't be more of a rebranding/relaunch of the youtube channel with things like all the interviews as now.
DL content such as themes and wallpapers are still around - check out the BL website. (edit: after checking myself i now can't seem to find the aforementioned wallpapers... )
