1500 pt Tournament List

I have a tournament coming up and cant make up my mind on a list. The event is 3 rounds and is using stock Eternal War missions. Expected armies are lots of various flavors of marines, some chaos, maybe 1-2 orcs / necrons, and probably one WAAC guard player with the standard conscript spam, artillery, scions mix.(Although with no restrictions he could show up with a Revenant Titan for all I know)

I have come up with 4 options and I'm hoping the group can help me decide. Any thoughts are welcome.
