| Been coming here and lurking for years, never post much, usually stick to Facebook. Airbrush or Paintbrushes, some are done with one and some the other... Its essentially layering of paint in smaller and smaller areas so as to create the effect of a cloud getting denser in the middle. After that its either airbrush or toothbrush flicking white paint all over the place (great fun but messy!). I can do a full guide perhaps... Although I am sure I have done that before already, maybe I can find and recycle it. | |

| Lovely work on both Yvraine and the Shadow Spectres. Must pick some of those up actually (for bits mainly). Love the slightly gritty style (but still colourful) you've got going on. Right up my street - masamune wrote:

| Move away I like gritty, the whole, "I painted this and it looks like it just came out the factory" feel isnt for me, I like my stuff to look used and like they are more interested in fighting than having a wash... | |

| I'm with you 100%  what, are Marines stopping every dozen paces to polish the mud off their shinplates? Nah this is a warzone. It's a little distracting from your cleanliness regimen Altough saying that, if there is anyone who would stop midway through a battle to polish their armour it'd be the DEldar | |

| That might be true, depends if its blood stained or not! Been busy, more pictures... I have a tournament this weekend, my team of 3 are all using my models so I have to have 6,000 pts of models ready by tomorrow night! Dont even ask... For a tournament this weekend...  Power from Pain?!? (Not painted yet but wanted some new poses as I have 60 of them).  Rush job, sorry about the flash! - Tournament Again!  Another tournament rush job... I really like the way you painted the golden parts on the first Death jester shown ; and still a decent jobs for all the "rushed" miniatures haha. | |
