We already know that deep striking counts as moving (for Heavy weapons purpose, for example). But do we know how that interracts with Leman Russ/Fire prisms ?
Does a fire prism deep striking through cloudstrike stratagem get the half-movement double fire, or not ?

Let's see here, outside of Tallarn, I'm unaware of any other way to DS a Russ.

I can't find any ruling that deep striking units count as having moved their maximum distance, but I wouldn't count on a TO ruling in your favor on that.

My guess it would be "maximum distance" as with the AM errata TheBaconPope posted.
But definitely one to throw at the FAQ team to get it officialized.
