| Drop-dead gorgeous! I love the old-school colour scheme, surprisingly it's the first time I've seen it done. I don't suppose you could give a tutorial, however brief, on how you achieved your pale skin tones? I would love to adopt it for my own.

I started with Dheneb Stone (I'd use Rakarth Flesh now) as the main colour. I then used Khemri Brown (Baneblade Brown) to add some definition to the cheeks, mouth and around the eyes. To highlight the skin I just progressively added more and more Skull White to the Dheneb Stone and finished of with pure Skull White. I'm sure you've heard it a million times but it is particularly important to keep your paints thin and brush work precise when painting faces. Hope this helps Ps. Sorry I haven't updated this thread recently. I've been busy painting up my Warriors of Chaos army (Khorne with a hint of Nurgle). | |
