Anyone know how our boys did at LVO?

I’ve been waiting for reports for a while now. I’m wondering how Lawrence and beard did as well as quirk.

As far as I know, quirk is the only one who repped is as Ynnari, idk what the others brought

The LVO Vox Cast and battle report with Lawrence's LVO army are being released at some point today.

I had a look through the BCP player app and saw very few pure Drukhari armies at LVO. None placed very highly. Hopefully that will start to change after the new codex drops!

Had a listen to the vox cast. A couple of interesting things stood out to me:

1) The meta Lawrence was observing was based on large 'bomb' units backed with psychic powers and stratagems, generally of deep striking horde type infantry. Examples included what Lawrence was using with 20 man Guardians squads with Protect / Doom / Guide / Discipline of the Black Guardians to support, Cultists with FNP, +1 to wound and a stratagem to fire twice, and Bloodletters.

I see that as a major issue for Drukhari, as unless the Codex changes more than I am expecting, we don't have the tools to deal with hordes.

2) The large model counts and melee emphasis meant he ran out of time in all the games.

This one is also awkward for Drukhari if tournament games don't reach the later stages of Power from Pain. Will have to see how that works out.

The problem right now is that if your not playing soup you're gunna have a bad time.
