Is it just me, or do some of these new Van Saar gangers look like they're wearing Dark Eldar armour? (looking mainly at torsos)

The cheat armour does look similar to some DE bits, but I think it is a coincidence. Really cool models though

I think the resemblence mostly comes from having a similar official colour schema.

They are very nice models. I was considering to buy some and convert them to be sort of human mercenaries in Comorragh (Trueborn, Fire Dragon or Corsair reavers count as?)
Comorragh is supposed to be a sort of Tortuga, and I always found weird that the only sentient aliens in our army are the sslyths.

You could make amazing trueborns with those models (swapping for heads and some weaponry). The suits look SO COOL.
