Does anyone know exactly what time a preorder typically goes up online? Where I am in the U.S. I'm 5 hours behind Nottingham time. Please and thank you.

On the US webstore I think it goes up around that time as well, maybe by 10/11am (EST). If you were going to stop by a store though I imagine you could place a preorder as soon as they are open.

Personally I want to know so I can make sure I get a special edition. This army is not the most popular so GW has, in the past, made a lesser amount for DE. Hopefully we will see a rise in our people that would spark interest.

I have no clue if they make different amounts of collector's edition codices for different factions. Necrons is still available in the UK, and plenty of other 8th dexes are as well.
Tau, however, is sold out.

Historically in past editions, GW would advertise how many books they had and how many they had left during the first week of a codex release. They always had different amounts to be released. That being said this is the new GW though and I have not seen any numbers of books left advertised but I would rather be ready for it just in case.
