Are they Kabal/Cult/etc?

I'm trying to get an army list together, which has to be in for an event SATURDAY (yes, the day or Codex release).

So I'm trying to get my main thoughts together as soon as I can. But the question:

THings like mandrakes, Incubi, etc. Do they benefit from Kabal/Cult/Coven Obsessions?
Do we know this yet?
Can they, like Aspect Warriors before them, take a Kabal?

As far as I know, they can't. All mercenaries can be included in any kind of detachment without ruining the obsession bonuses, but they themselves don't gain them.
