the venom carries around the flayed skull archons and maybe the succubus until she has something to lol charge. the black heart archon hangs out with the ravagers. and the haemy hangs around with the wracks being annoying and mostly a DS screen if im honest.

the warrior blob, the wych blob or helion blob will be webway portaled in. not sure which 2 will depend on the oponent

So I can appreciate what you are trying to do by attempting to fit 6 patrols in but I don't think this is the correct way to do it. Archons being a min 72 now is really bad, and the 72 point version is basically useless. Not honestly sure where to start on this list to help you, maybe drop the last 2 flayed skull patrols for wych cults min squads with net/agon and venoms? Would give you a few more points to play around with, maybe let you fit in a couple scourge squads for blasters?

I agree with what Grin said. If you do a firepower analysis, I would bet you will start the question whether or not you want all those Archons.

... i dont really want all those archons but the kabal units are way more efficient and just necessary in what they bring than wyches. So i am stuck with them for this style of list.
The least useful part of this list is the coven detatchment but i practically never run coven so they got added mostly for theme purposes than anything else.

I agree 1 72 pt archon is fairly useless 3 or 4 running in a squad is alot less so. They are going to dump alot of wounds onto a unit(usually12 so not hugely point efficient but nothing to sneeze at either) doesnt really matter what the unit is and 3 shadowfields is almost always going to be a pain to remove.

Realistically 6 patrols is very rarely going to be worth the investment with how much you have to put into hqs compared to practically anything else. But we have bonuses for doing it so worth trying. This could be done in fewer detatchments for a better list im fully aware but that's not the goal here.

Ok fair enough, so regardless of effectiveness you want to try and make the best use of 6 patrol at 2k you can and see if the CP justifies it is what I am getting. I wasn't sure what to offer because I couldn't tell what you were after. Here would be my best effort at 2k trying to utilize a few of the things you did. Apologies if I strayed from your vision to much.

Raiders transport the 10x kabs, and the wyches. The HQs can ride w/ 5 wyches sans the haem. Wracks get 1 venom and the blaster kabs get 1. Haem on foot w/ his talos.

So this is far from being optimized, but I tried to throw something together that gave you more than just wracks, while also being a list I could see having a chance. Also tried to make sure the HQs are all utilized and equipped reasonably. I acknowledge I lost a bit of your kab shooting, but I believe this adds more useful firepower. Coming in at 6 lances 7 dis and 5 blasters and 4 haywire for anti vehicle. Can drop the electro on haem to swap a raiders dis to a lance if you want another of those pretty easily. I believe this version of your HQ bomb will be significantly more effective too, as most of their attacks are coming w/ ap. The Talos add a distraction carni element to the list, if they get ignored well... so much the better. Can always drop the venom for the wracks and let them go on foot to get t5 from the haem, just though this fit the idea of the list better putting alot of melee in your opponents face quickly.

Essentially yes, i am never going to take a list that requires that many points put into hqs and call it competitive... at least not our hqs. The extra CP may be worth it, we will see over the next few months as people play but im not expecting it to be and for tournaments its not even an option.

Onto the list.
You have 6lance and 5 blaster compared to 10 blasters, 7 Dissies compared to 9 and 4 haywire blasters on talos for the s5/6 helions. Which is for the most part fair trades but not really huge gains anywhere outside of ramge on the lances. It has lost alot of poison shooting and i just dont like min size wracks... a 5man wrack unit just doesnt do anything outside the ossefactor. The 10 while not a huge threat is still pretty tough to removeand has potential to redeploy to a weakened flank when damaged. Which is all things the 5 can do just not very well. This is just my opinion on wracks though as i said i dont use them much nor have i in the recent past.

But comparable in playstyle but like mine still not hugely optemized
