Did anyone catch how screwed up the wording on this has become?
Compare the wording between index and codex, and try to explain what GW means to sat with the more recent version.

That looks... strange. But still could be read as the same rule
or the other way around, but if commata were used it could be two things:
1) old meaning -they can't run away
Roll off if an INFANTRY unit, within 1" of any
enemy models, with this ability wishes to Fall Back. The
unit can only Fall Back if the player controlling it wins
the roll-off.
2) alternative meaning - you can't run away
Roll off if an INFANTRY unit, within 1" of any
enemy models with this ability, wishes to Fall Back. The
unit can only Fall Back if the player controlling it wins
the roll-off.

But I guess the the 1st way is the way to go. Else we know why they got cheaper but got an additional attack jocolor

What's weirdest to me is the "enemy model" bit. That has always referred to the opponent of the controlling player reading his rules.
This time, however it's written as a rule for all of our opponents.

The original wording was problematic if both players had units with No Escape.  RAW, if your opponent had a unit of Wyches/Succubus and another unit within 1" of their own Wyches/Succubus in melee with any of your units, it would trigger if you had anything with No Escape on the board.  The updated wording prevents that.
