Eager to flay wording

Eager to Flay: You can re-roll the dice when determining how
far a unit with this bonus moves when it Advances or charges.

does this mean that you can reroll one or more dice when rerolling a charge roll?
also i just noticed that you can reroll successfull charge rolls as well which is nice

If memory serves me right you must reroll both with eager to flay or use a cp to reroll one.

^^^This is how I've come to understand it - if it doesn't specifically say 're-roll one or both', then you usually have to re-roll both dice used.

I agree with the above, it's reroll both dice on the charge. Still a great boost for our melee units. And nothing wrong with using 1cp to reroll just one dice if you need.
