Did the shock prow for raiders and ravagers get removed? Can I still use them as described in the index if my list ends at 1999pts and I want to put the extra long prow on a model?

Shock prows are still around, didn't go anywhere. It's pts value is listed under melee weapons and it's under the vehicle equipment options.
