2k List against Necrons

Well, Im playing a game tomorrow, against a friend who is going to be playing an unknown list of Necrons. 2k points... I figured I'd post up here and see what people thought...and maybe give a little batrep of it

Command Points= 7+D3 - 2 (for warlord traits, and an extra relic)

Just a few questions. Why Red grief over Cursed Blade for your Wyches?

Why not make all your venoms Flayed Skull? You can still put your wracks in there.

You could also split your fliers into an air wing for another cp. unless you are planning 3 detachments only.

I forgot about that. But thinking about it...its a toss up between 1cp, and ignoring cover for the Razorwings. I hate cover

You can still make the razorwings ignore cover if you make their flyer detachment flayed skull too.

If I was building this list I'd switch the DLs on the kabalites for splinter cannons as the DLs hit at 4+ when you move and necron quantum shielding will make them perform less than ideally. I'd also give the scourge haywire to get around that quantum shielding too.

I gotta say, I dont know what quantum shielding does anymore. I just remember last edition. I also wanna play as close to take-all-comers list as possible, so I dont play to his weaknesses.

I dunno about switching to Splinter Cannons. Though it would give me 20 more points to spend on only god knows what lol. They are rapid fire, so would go well with the Flayed Skull..

I recently crushed necrons with a combo of flayed skull batallion, red grief reaver spam, and black heart ravagers. Denying reanimation on his wraiths is crucial.
