2k List against necrons, competitive (?)

So Im playing a game tomorrow against Necrons. I dont know what he's bringing, but he said he wanted it competitive. none of us are high-level tournament players, so I dont think super competitive is the goal (and personally, I think 8th isnt very fun the more competitive you get. Lots of cheese)

Well anyways, here's my list

I feel like I'm a little low on Darklight....but D. Cannons do a lot of work

Trying out Mandrake-boats (tm) to see how they do. I woulda done double splinter cannons, but didnt have the extra points.

Thinking of dropping a Warrior to hand out a pair of PGL

On the fence about the Airwing. Its more fluffy (my army is a 'corsair band') I could drop one razorwing for a squad of haywire scourges, and maybe upgrade a few D. cannons to Dark Lances? I'd lose 1 command point, a vehicle thats hard to shoot, 2 Disintigrator cannons, and a missile....for an easily killed squad of anti-tank, that are good against Necron tanks, and are boots on the ground for objectives and boots on the ground

Lastly, what sort of strategems should I be using AoV on?

Better use DIS (D. cannons) on Necrons due to their quantum Shielding..

Necrons do not have the tools to deal with us... Your list is just an equivalent to every Dark Eldar optimized list we see around except for the Mandrakes. You will have it easy.

Might be possible to make it 3x5 Mandrakes and put a Succubus + venom or keep them for T2...

Well, I won pretty handily. He had 1 model on the table at the end of turn 3....and complainedhe didn't have anything he could do to win against my army

What was his list, out of curiosity?

lets see, off the top of my head, he was running this (Im not sure what sort of detachments)

Zandrek? (the guy who buffs warriors and immortals)

I'd like to say there was more....but I can't remember anything else...
First turn, he Deceiver'd his Destroyers up to my front line, tried to pop a strategem that let his Destroyers reroll failed hits and wounds (I AoV'd it), but he still got off the one that let him get extra hits on 6's. He rolled rather well, netting more hits than dice rolled, and between the two squads, he killed one Ravager, and got another down to 2 wounds,m as well as sporadic wounds on a few transports
My first turn, I focused down his destroyers, shot missiles at his Transcendent Ctan he didnt bubblewrap, and popped a like 5 warriors off the 20 man unit with the Mandrakes. I charge in some transports to try to force out the VoD before it was convenient. I also made the mistake of charging his Deceiver with my warlord (I didnt know about Entropic Strikes!)

Second turn, he kills another ravager, pops a venom, two raiders, and knocks my other venom down to 1 wound, then surrounds it and kills it in melee (so my mandrakes in there died too, sad times!)

My second turn, I wipe out most of what he had left, except for his HQ's, and one troop choice

Third turn, he castles up what he had left

My third turn, I kill everything but Zandrek (?) and he concedes

The mission was the kill point/objectives variant in Chapter approved

I don't know a ton about Necrons but I do know you have to kill them all dead...no survivors befpre moving on to another target. It's kind of like Cultists or PoF wracks. Well played.
