GW Grotesques Tips Request

Hey guys!

I have 4 of those GW grotesques laying around, problem is, they are monopose.

Im thinking, how can i introduce some variety in the models?

I was thinking to replace some heads from talos kit, maybe some wierd tentacle here and there.
Have you been doing this sort task yourself? Maybe you have some good ideas.

I don't have the real Grotesques but on my converted Crypt Horrors I would add in some bits from the Talos kit. No idea what the sprues look like but a Cronos head looks pretty nice on them especially the spirit probe. Clip off some of the vials on their back and put the parasite tendrils there with a little green stuff to make it look like it's ripping through their backs. Swap out the cleaver for some of the other Talos weapons like the hooks so it looks like he's gonna pinch ya. Get the little Talos diddler hands to put down its back.

The Talos kit is so nice you can just about throw bits at any model and make it look unique and creepy.

Another model you could look at for a conversion are the Skaven Stormfiends. (https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Skaven-Stormfiends) They'd require some fiddling with but I think the overall hulking-monstrosity body type fits well, and they have some various tubes which could look nice. Many people choose to go with crypt horrors as was mentioned earlier and I think those look really nice as well, I would definitely back up what Gorefather said about the Talos kit, lots of great pieces.
