| Am I the only one who's noticed that the normal Corsair Conversion Set is no longer in Forgeworld's webstore? And it doesn't say "Temporarily Out of Stock", or "Sold Out", or anything; they're just gone. Completely vanished.
The Heavy Weapons and Jetbike Upgrade Kits are still there, but that's it.
I wonder if this means they're remaking the kit, or if they have some other plans for them...
Anyone heard anything on that?

| Nothing concrete, but FW are discontinuing some 50 Space Marine conversion kits, many of the HH line and not that old sculpts. Very grim portents of what is to come. | |

True, but all of those things are specially listed as "Last Chance to Buy", and they sent out news emails and made Warhammer Community posts saying that they were being discontinued. There was never any notice that the Corsair kits were going away, as far as I know. I wonder if it's because they are something GW intends to move to their main store, so it might not be grim portents after all...

| The Corsair Jetbike upgrade kit went on Last Chance to Buy and is already sold out. The only thing left is the Corsair Heavy Weapons.
I really hope they are moving them from Forgeworld to GW, with the rumored Aeldari Codex coming later this year.

| Some people from some Eldar groups 4-5 months ago called most of these kits where going away and that FW is lacking in room, molds, and have been hit hard with both selling 40k but also HH, so they decided to cut back for now and work on what is selling well.
Also the Corsair kits molds are broke, these last bits are the few that are left or the few molds that are working still. FW even talk me a couple times that they are limited on Corsairs due to no Master molds.
Its clear that FW is in a bad spot right now.

That seems so weird, given how well GW is doing lately. Though, I guess I don't really know how connected the two are, financially. I totally understand the temporary nature of molds, and the cost of replacing them over time, but so many of the things they are discontinuing are things that are selling well, and most of the things that go Last Chance get bought up so fast, that I'm seeing lots of people complaining that they didn't get a chance to get any. That's what makes me hope that we'll see some of these things in the GW range soonish. Low sales doesn't seem possible, it seems more like FW can't keep up with demand for things that aren't HH.

FW =/= GW tho, all Knights, super heavies, etc.. went up way in points, many locals dont let FW in, some tournaments dont either, they lost their rules writer, they are using old and outdated overcosted technology, chinacast is better quality for 1/3 the cost and looks 99% the same if not 100% after painted. Im talking about 40k via FW, not HH, they are doing great with HH and specialist games.
