My experience with the Reaper hasn't been great but that might vary from player to player. I was going to recommend dropping it but then I realized you're probably planning on using it with the stratagem to snipe characters and the like, right? In that role it'd probably work pretty well. Personally I would trade that Cronos for more Grots though.

I'm not a big fan of heatlances either but again, that's probably because they never do so well when I take them. I usually try to take cheaper guns on my Talos due to BS 4+.

I feel the same way on heat lance on talos but I figure them or the reaper can both use the snipe strat depending on what side I have things on on that need hit. On the cronos have not used much. I figure putting it next to the talos and grots. Do you think better to just have 2 more grots vs reroll wounds?

That's how I'd do it. Two more grots is 8 wounds and 10 attacks. Works out better in my opinion. Especially considering grots are already gaining something of a reputation this edition so they'll probably draw a fair amount of fire so the more wounds the better really.

Or maybe drop the Cronos and something else to get a third Talos?

Yeah and can go to 2 3 man groups then and creates w threats. Ok thank you.
