Depends how much you want to go into Wych Cults.

Blasters on your Kabalite Warriors?
Haywire blasters on your Scourges?

I'd recommend haywire blasters on the talos so you can advance and still shoot when needed, no better feeling than scratching a few Mortal wounds from something like a leviathan as an added bonus, especially with 6d3 shots you greatly increase your chances. I feel like 4+ to hit then 4+ poison ain't worth it. Regarding the collection, it sounds to me like you need to work out two core wych and kabal battalions to start with and work from there.

Do the listings ignore special weapons? Because I somehow doubt someone sold you 3 squads of naked Scourges, and Wyches, etc.

As a new player that's a really impressive collection!
What stands out as "missing" would be 1-2 more units of Kabs and 2-3 more Raiders.
I think the Kabalite builds are our strongest detachments so they stand out as holes to me, but if you're all in on Wyches then it might not be as essential.
I'd still think you needed 2 more Raiders no matter what.
Grotesques are really good with a Haemonculus build but almost everyone will tell you to figure out some good proxies over the standard static pose $25 model.
