Thoughts on my 2k Tournament list

Hey guys will be going to a tournament in a couple of weeks and I was wondering what you guys think of this being competitive. Any word would be helpful.

3 Units of 5 mandrakes

Basic Strat is that the mandrakes come in turn 2 to kill since they have the mortal wounds they could weaken or out right kill units. The 3 Ravagers would be in the webway strat to be sure that they wont get popped. Grotesques go and suck up as much fire power with their /4++ and tie anything up they can get their hands on. The rest is just flying around and putting out the dakka with the poison weapons.

Let me know what could be improved or if this is a good enough for tournaments

Two things leap out at me in your list:

Your choice of running Black Heart, considering you're taking 3 gunboats, is interesting. Have you thought of taking one of the other Kabals? All three benefit Gunboats offensively much more than Black Heart in one way or another, and two of them benefit your Ravagers substantially too.

Scourges without special weaponry are very questionable, especially since your list is already fielding a good amount of poison from your Kabalites. I think rocking 7-8 Scourges with 4 special/heavy weapons is close to categorically better than 10 vanilla Scourges. What are you hoping to do with them?

Kabal Notes
-max out your special weapons if you're taking 10 strong units (drop the Raider Splinter Racks)
-cut your Scourges in half and equip them with Haywire Blasters to help with your anti-tank

Coven Notes
-assuming your Haemonculus will take the Vexator Mask, they could benefit greatly from having an Electrocorrosive Whip for melee.
