Dogmar's painting log - The kabal that has yet to be named

Hello everyone

This is the start of my kabal that will hopefully grant me a lot of slaves and beautiful anguish in my real space raids.

The general concept of the army is centered around the Dark Eldar invading a city or imperial industry world thus I tried to go for a burnt down city as a base design which I think did work out very well. For the paintjob I aim for something dark, yet eyecatching with turquoise as the main color to highlight armor edges and purple for power weapons and energy/light sources. Generally I want to paint everything in High Quality to make them worth the money and a nice display piece - of course always with the option to put them on the battlefield!!!

Looking great - great colours, and particularly, great basing! I propose on a name like Kabal of the Cold Heart or something, feel ice fits to that scheme.

It has been quite long since the last update but now here you go with the most recent additions to the army. First up the Haemonculus also seen in the Archon's Challenge and some WIP wyches - probably for the next category of the Challenge - I like to plan ahead

Kabal of the whispered curse?

Love the contrast between the turquoise and the bronze elements on the armour and weapons, and like everyone above, the bases make a real difference to the finished look of the minis, good work!
