| There are a lot of things you could do to optimize this list a little better but lots of Wyches and Kabalites in transports are a classic and can't do you too wrong.
If you're open to making smaller tweaks across the list I'm happy to share some suggestions, but I think regardless of any small changes you decide to make I think you should consider separating your Wyches and Kabalites into two separate detachments to take advantage of the Obsessions.
As it stands, you have a legal army but only the units your Patrol Detachment is enjoying the Black Heart Obsession trait right now.

| Did not know that Obsessions were based on detachment. Will definitely be switching the wyches over into their own detachment. And yes I'd love to hear some suggestions. | |

| Unless you're playing Obsidian Rose, you may find that you need to get a bit too uncomfortably close to your enemies to make great use of Shredders. Blasters are more expensive but generally more reliable and dangerous.
If you're taking 10 strong units, you should take two special weapons for sure before you take a Dark Lance or Splinter Cannon - the Blasters just do so much more heavy lifting.
Your Kabalite Sybarites will probably not enjoy many chances, if any, to use their Agonisers, but if you have a few points left over maybe give the upgrade to a 10 strong squad only.
Court of the Archon is also something you should look at depending on how many points you have leftover from rearranging the army into separate kabal and wych detachments...the easiest way to do this is probably just dropping the Court and adding a second Succubus or Lelith so you have two Battalions, but ultimately you may not have room for any of them or for as many of them. I like to have at least one Lhamaean with my Archons if they're riding in a Venom - Lhamaeans can put out a Mortal Wound or two in the fight phase but more importantly they can take the hit if your Venom is destroyed and you roll a 1 on any of your emergency disembarks.
You've got all the basic building blocks of a Kabal/Cult Drukhari army, so just start testing things out on the battlefield and seeing what you like and what works for you firsthand.

| Looks great, go start playing some games and find out what you like and don't like.
One big consideration for you, though:
If you scrounge up 50pts, and split your unit of 10 Wyches into two units of 5, you now have a Wych Cult Battalion and will gain +5 Command Points. I see nearly 50pts in unit upgrades that will not outweigh the value of +5CP, so that's probably the easiest way to go about doing it if that's a direction you want to go.
There are some small changes that I would make like dropping a lot of the unit upgrades, streamlining Reaver upgrades to be either 2 Caltrops or 2 Talons, or swapping out some Ravager Dark Lances for Disintegrators, but I wouldn't spend much more time scratching your head over that, your own experience playing the army will help you feel comfortable with where to scrimp on points and where to spend.
