The Kabal of the Ichor Goblins
High in the mountain like towers of Commorragh, covered in jagged dock ports, sensor antennas and viously bladed race courses, lies the lair of the Ichor Goblins, known as the Spire of Hopelessness. Led by the Archon Zagrra Usabb, this lesser kabal eeks out an existence in the dark city any way they can. Known mostly as a gang of thieves, willing to steal from almost any other kabal, coven or cult, however this kabal is notably loyal to the Black Heart, going so much as to publicly execute any warrior proven to have stolen from them, although if this is to prove loyalty or to punish thieves incompetent enough to get caught is up for debate.
The Ichor Goblins most known contribution to Commorragh is that they regularly host many reaver death races, mostly due to Archon Zagrras past as a champion death racer himself. Hosting various kabal against kabal races the Ichor Goblins use this as a method to gain some meager income in between real space raids. The jetbike track at the Spire of Hopelessness, lovingly designed by Zagrra himself, is one of the mostly deadly and difficult tracks to navigate. Razor lined tunnels, turns that generate dozens of G forces, mist covered blades that require pure luck to be able to dodge and pitch black labyrinths line the track that traverses both inside and outside the entire spire.
The death races are simply an inbetween occupation however, as whenever the Ichor Goblins venture forth into real space it is almost invariably on another reckless treasure hunt. Whenever they return to Commorragh with their ships laden with slaves and ready to go to market they first ruthlessly interrogate each and every single one of them, desperate to find some lead to anything within the galaxy they could sell in the dark city and advance their political status.
With obsessive determination they'll hunt down any legendary artifact they become convinced could exist, perhaps hearing it from a slave, a trader in the cities ports or even another Dark Eldar, they immediately rush out to seek it out. Some would consider them adventurous, for their quest calls them throughout the galaxy, to worlds of all kinds and discovering many new worlds, civilizations and technology, other though would just call them gullible fools. Like a wild storm they randomly descend on unsuspecting worlds, raze its cities, enslave it's occupants and search it end to end for whatever obscure item it is they were looking for.
Self professed treasure hunters and thrill seekers Zagrra and his warriors relish in the adventure that is space piracy. Although claiming they wish for greater fame they often find their relative anonymity useful in being free to do as they like, to pillage and plunder, to capture slaves and, once every blue moon or so, even uncover an incredible artifact. Their overall battle plan usually has three stages; Get in, get it, get out. Favouring vehicular speed the Ichor Goblins ride into battle in their lightning quick skimmers, as well as using their well trained teams of reaver death racers from the spire as scything shock troops, flying through enemy troops and slicing them to ribbons using hypersharp blades whilst jetting close to the speed of sound.

Zagrra Usabb: An ancient eldar or falseborn origins Zagrra initially rose to fame as one of Commorraghs first death race champions. Starting off at the bottom rung, conscripted right after birth into being a mechanic for a reaver clan. For about a hundred years he toiled in this labour, until finally he'd had enough and assassinated a racer, stole his jetbike and took his place in the race.
Ever since his first race his entire life has just been one competition after another, spending the next thousand years competing, cheating, murdering rivals and loving every second of it. Eventually though he yearned for a new adventure, it was then he challenged the Archon of the Ichor Goblins to a one on one death race, the stakes being either the position of Archon or the hoards of Zagrras unspent wealth. The race lasted ten seconds, as after the start Zagrra allowed the Archon to move ahead of him and immediately fired his blast pistol right into his jet exhaust, exploding him instantly.
Ever since then Zagrra has used the kabal to further his quest for adventure and addiction to thrills.
Wearing grey and purple armour the most notable feature of him is likely his face, or rather that he constantly keeps is hidden behind an almost opaque dark green visor, within which a swirling thick cloud can be perceived always around his face, further obscuring it. His favourite weapons are his arm amounted blaster and uniquely nine bladed agonizer.
Haemonculus Kirghsheern: A relatively young haemonculus (although still millenia old) Kirghsheern is part of the "Coven of the Golden Scythe" and currently employed by the Ichor Goblins. He was once just an apprentice to an ancient haemonculus whom was also in the employ of the Goblin kabal, and also the one responsible for creating Zagrras signature nine bladed sword.
When, after the weapons creation, the ancient tried to bargin for more payment, this did not sit well with Zagrra. In a surprise attack on their lair the archon and his incubi butchered the haemonculi and stole the sword for themselves. Normally this would have lead to a backlash by his underlings, but Zagrra promised each of them a share of the anchients substantial original payment, arguing that then the deal would be settled anyway.
Kirghsheern now enjoys a particularly well paid position and accompanies Zagrra on the field of battle, using his personally crafted hexrifle to murder any enemy whose corpse he'd plan to collect after the conflict.
Warriors: Clad in grey and purple like their Archon the warriors of the Ichor Goblins are almost as big thrill-seekers as their leader. Covered in spiked and favouring wearing full helms rather than going unmasked and showing their strange purplish skin. Their preferred weapons of choice are either poisonous splinter or dark energy weapons.
Kabalites of the Ichor Goblin are reknown for their twisted sense of humour, frequently sporting an unhinged smile on their faces and cackling maniacally as they enter into battle.
