| what scheme or colors are used to paint the visors or face covers on the helmets that gives them the look like the have in the codex? | |

| If your talking about the one in the wych squad they used a light grey like Astronomican grey, if your talking about the ones on the Reavers it looks like they used chainmail, with mithril silver layered on. A light brush of gloss coat would help with the shine as well. | |

| You can also paint them as you would paint a Soulstone , then apply gloss varnish. You can watch it in Sorrowshard blog, they are just awesome. And screw all originality , im gonna take that idea for me as well )) | |

(I'm going to try painting tonight with my sprained thumb)It really isn't that complicated now that I have streamlined the process. Back on topic: I use the gem painting technique listed above for the visors. It really looks great and isn't that hard to do. | |
