Noctolith and it's effects on Drukhari

So I have a query, what would the effects of Noctolith/Blackstone be on Drukhari?
We know that noctolith can be tuned to either repel or attract the warp
We know that Drukhari wither in realspace faster than in the webway

If you stuck noctolith on something, i.e. a ship, would the Drukhari aboard wither at a slower rate? Would the noctolith reduce Slaanesh's drain on their souls due to being repelled?
