How do Grav-Talons interact with Slashing Impact Reavers? Can I roll for both effects at the end of the charge phase?

You are 99% correct, both abilities would trigger immediately after the charge move (not the end of the charge phase).

A very good way to deal with the C-Tan/Ghaz "max damage per phase" mechanic.

Awesome. Thanks. I’m putting together a list that should hopefully take down Mortarion. So far TOS Reavers with Slashing seems promising.
