Chapter Approved Munitorum Field Manual 2021

GW just announced that it's going up for pre-order next weekend. Do you think that we'll be getting any points changes? If we do, then that might imply that our current status was pre-planned, as these things are allegedly printed many months in advance.

I would be surprised to see points changes since due the release delay, the MFM was probably printed around the same time, if not before the codex. Points changes, if any, probably won’t come until the fall/winter CA/FAQ.

True, though they could FAQ the CA. I'm really surprised they released chapter approved this early and didn't wait a until the fall.

According to some "leaks" the raider went up by 60 points lol... I call bs but nothing would surprise me anymore lol

If that's really going to happen I don't know who makes decisions in the balancing department but holy hell, they need to take a long break and rethink their life

The “leak” is a confirmed fake. Just someone trolling.

Someone was saying that Thousand Sons didnt get any point adjustments. Not sure how to interpret that, since they should have gotten their shiny new codex by this point.

The CA2021 was written why before DE got released, so the point ballance will not take into account for all our hate.

My grand hope is that it just reduces the cost of the 8th edition armies out there to try and make them playable. My Guard have been collecting dust for months now...

I heard a rumor, the next Codices will be Thousand Sons and Grey Knights.
And those two will be the content of a new Box. Lets see...

The next codices are pretty much guaranteed to be Sisters and Orks.

*After* that, will be Thousand Sons and Grey Knights. They previewed the box with some faint images, but the images were definitely identifiable as Tksons and GK

Some more leaks occurred, no changes to Raider, Venom, RWJF or Voidraven Bomber. Don't have the rest of the Deldar stuff yet

Aren't those "reviews" supposed to be out now?

With that I mean some youtubers should have gotten their review copy by now, no?

So the only thing we are expecting as a faction should be any changes in forgeworld stuff no?

From what I read there weren't any review copies sent out so it will be a while before reviews come out.

Zero changes, guys. Absolutly the same prices. We are not fixed and not nerfed.

With Admech, Sisters, and Orks (T5 Boyz, to boot) coming out in rapid succession, it may not matter too much.

Looks like a bunch of armies got their post-codex point adjustment before the codex. Lol, GW always trying the emmulate the Imperium XD

Hopefully we get a REAL adjustment (with actual throught, and using info from actual events) in the next few months.

Glad we dont have a Warzone Charadon FAQ yet. Razorbus still RAW legal. At least the player base has stopped using it voluntarily.

Dont forget the Beasty Boyz with S5 and T5...

So, to summarise, MFM2021 has not changed the points values for codexes that were already released but has changed them for codexes that are not yet out. Is that about right?

If only there were some sort of worldwide medium though which documents could be released instantaneously across the world.
